The house is detached and very private the way it’s landscaped. Lovely decking that would be great in warmer months. The general quality of furnishings and fixtures is of a high standard and the owner has left so many books, games etc that it does feel homely. Top notch washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer plus the beds were very comfy. Lovely bath and two showers. It was very unfortunate that the previous guests left certain things in a mess as cleaners won’t always check everything. Grandeur sorted the issues and refunded part of the rental so were very fair. Walk to 4 restaurants, short drive to excellent beaches and Bournemouth or Poole.

Great location very quite and relaxing. The house was perfect with a lovely log burner. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a shared bathroom, very clean with shampoo soaps provided. Also the double bedroom downstairs, which used to be the office and is a great space . The only feedback is , there could be a couple of logs provided for the burner, some salt pepper milk basic essentials , you can’t check in until 4pm we arrived a little later but had to go out to buy logs etc . We would definitely go back we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

A beautiful bright, airy, comfortable, clean holiday house that exceeded all expectations. We stayed as a family of 5 and very much enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms and kitchen of a high spec and fully equipped; comfortable beds, good quality towels, hand/body products in the bathrooms, lots of storage. Details such as leaving logs for the wood burner and a gate so the dog could be shut in kitchen at night were also super helpful. Having initially thought the cleaning fee was rather high, the level of cleanliness throughout definitely justified this cost. Only small negative would be to say the photos need updating on the website as there is actually a sizeable 3rd bedroom now with a super king bed and no desk - this actually made our stay more comfortable! We look forward to returning, it was a lovely relaxing few days.

The house is beautiful, in a great safe neighbourhood. It is well equipped in the bathrooms and kitchens. The outside areas were fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful house that really worked for my partner and I and our two dogs. Great area and close to the beach, town etc Grandeur were very responsive but I do have to note the negatives…… the four bins outside the property were full to bursting with bits of rubbish blown onto drive so didn’t present well when first arrived. Also the arrival instructions to where to locate the box were not clear so had to make a call when arrived. Few little stains and things in kitchen which paying £300 cleaning fees you would have expected spotless. All of the windows were not cleaned either so disappointed plus the freezer needing defrosting which we had to do in order to close the freezer. Grandeur were very responsive but would expect these things to be taken care of given the type of property etc The office wasn’t an office as described, it had a double bed and no desk which meant I had to work in the kitchen which wasn’t ideal either. Other than the niggles, the stay was lovely.
