Pre-arrival information was very helpful! Place looked exactly like the photos so it was easy to find and cozy! Great proximity to the late and convenient location to a dog park if bringing pets. Allowing pets was very much appreciated! We would stay here again and would definitely recommend to others!

We felt very much at home in this cute cottage, less than a block from the lake. Karen’s communication was timely and caring, as we were visiting for a family funeral. We would stay here again. Side-note: The snowfall we had while there was BEAUTIFUL! There’s a yard in the back where we played in the snow and a dog park right across the street where took our pups to play :)

House clean inside. Front porch chair cushions were dirty with black dog hair on them. Porch could use a good sweep. Beds were comfortable. Walmart close by for shopping. Short walk to dog park and dock. Perfect for weekend getaway.

It was our first vacation with our baby and we had the best time. The house is cute and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup in addition to the dog park across the street which was so convenient. We have family that lives very close to the area so the place was ideal for us to be near them. Will definitely be coming back next summer for another stay!

Was looking for a low maintenance, convenient place to stay for an adlibbed quick getaway. This was the perfect place. The instructions were clear and made for a hassle-less process before, during and after. There are more than enough food options within 20 mins, and a Wegmans (best grocery store in the world) within 5 miles. We traveled with our four legged family member so the fenced in yard and dog park were ideal. One concern we had was no central air (week of high 80s) but the 3 air conditioners are more than enough (2 window one free standing). The only point of attention I’d offer is the kids room is upstairs, fairly steep, hardwood. Toddlers may need an extra eye navigating, but they will love the bunk beds! We would absolutely stay here again our next time in the area.
