I have stayed ar Kathy's place 3 times now! She is the best host! Everytime we stay we notice improvements she makes to the house. I will definitely be booking with her again!

What a wonderful location to relax on the back deck and take in a gorgeous view of beautiful Lake Chautauqua!! Kathy’s added little touches of bottled water, coffee, tea, soaps, lotions, paper products, bed linens and towels is super considerate! The cottage is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Kathy’s response to our needs was diligent and reliable. This was our third stay there and hope to again next year! Thank you Kathy!!

Great location and view. As other reviewers noted, the truck stop was not noticeable inside. The baseball field adjacent was not used when we were there making for a nice serene setting. We enjoyed proximity to the Chautauqua Harbor resort and the Brindle Barn. Two things would have made this a 5 star: 1) The kitchen could have used some love on the cleaning front. 2) The AC is a little underpowered for the house.
