Everything was perfect. I didn't know they had pets but it's okey...! They are very friendly and responsable about our needs... we didn't need to go to anywhere to have fun. The house has everything you need to have a blast.

The Monarch was perfect for our small family trip to the area. Tea and Steve were terrific and extraordinary hosts. They open their whole home to strangers (while they stay in the basement apartment) which most people wouldn't do. Their home is really big and can accomodate alot of people. Both of them are very responsive and super kind people. Our family felt like we were at home while we stayed at their place. Everything was wonderful. Our little family (including our dog) had a fun and relaxing time at their home including the use of their fantastic pool & hot tub while we stayed there for a few days. I would highly recommend The Monarch to anyone looking to get away for a weekend or overnight trip. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Yea is a great host! She is extremely responsive! She was kind enough to let us bring our dogs for a long term stay and even let them outside while we were gone. Overall she was one of the best hosts I have had!
