Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The patio was a nice area and is covered so it’s easy to be outside even in the rain. Nancy is very responsive. We would definitely stay given the opportunity.

Hillside Haven is a lovely, spacious house and was perfect for celebrating my father's 97th birthday with the siblings. Not advertised as being handicap accessible, the back entrance only had one step which worked well for my dad and for my 2 siblings who recently had knee replacements. Parking was convenient as well for those needing to park close. We loved the back patio with plenty of seating, citronella candles, ceiling fans and festive lighting. The patio was peaceful in a serene setting until the siblings began our yoyo competition, then there were lots of laughs! Everything was as pictured. I was happy that the kitchen had spices & some condiments, along with a drip coffee pot. Nancy was responsive to communication and very easy to work with. She came to check on our party upon arrival and was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Hillside Haven. We ate at Bell Farms and had spectacular smoked brisket and locally roasted Two Roasting Joes coffee, delish!

Hillside Haven Farm is just that a haven away from everything Very relaxing and quiet Very private Beautiful patio and lovely views Nancy is a great host and communication was very easy We enjoyed her friendly farm dogs

Simply the kindest host and such a charming home! I felt like my sweet Aunt Arlene had invited me to stay and make myself at home at her cozy place while she was away! The patio, lit at night, is magical! The plants are gorgeous. I also enjoyed the Pfaltzgraff Yorktown pattern of dishes, I have never seen such a complete set. We are from York County, where the pottery was made, and my jaw dropped at being able to use whatever I needed while staying! I longed for tea in a teapot like just I have at home, and there it was! Heavenly. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels were always handy. We loved our time there! Until next time, Nancy!

This is 5fh time to rent Nancy's place I think. Nancy is great host - very responsive, quick with replies, answers and suggestions as well as very friendly. Place improves every year with added touches and features. surprising amenities above and beyond listed ones make an enjoyable experience. Already looking forward to next year.
