It was a nice price for a weekend getaway to Sunriver. Liked the location in relation to the Sunriver village and outdoor activities. House had comfortable beds and nice linen. Couch was nice to sit and relax on. The E-Bikes were fun to ride. However wife is severely allergic to dogs—instantly started having breathing problems inside. The listing said “No pets”. That was clearly not followed as we had to let the place air out—living room was the worst. Master bedroom was better, but still could tell a dog was running around. It was listed to be quiet after 10pm. We followed the rules, but that was for AirBnB guests only I guess. The neighbours played loud music with strong base until 1am+. It was very noisy and made going to bed not a simple task—luckily we brought ear plugs. Neighbours are clearly permanent residents and don’t care about others being able to sleep.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. Had a lot of amenities that we couldn't end up using. Will surely re book if we ever come to bend.

Have stayed here a handful of times over the last four years as my son drove back-and-forth from college in Washington to California. Appreciated the beautiful and peaceful setting, the locked garage for his car with all of his valuables, and easy access to a tasty restaurant up the road. He has now graduated, but maybe we will be back for some other reason!

The pictures made the house look nice, but I wasn't too impressed in person when I saw that the couch's armrest was broken, there was hair along the bathroom sink and bottom of the tub, several light bulbs were out, the floor creaked, the patch up work for the sheetrock was tasteless and there were smears on mirrors. If I have to pay about $150 for a cleaning fee, then I expect the house to be spic and span for that price. I was surprised that there were no washcloths in the bathroom or extra towels. I however did like the location, the extra space, the beautiful backyard, and the keypad.
