This property is a small self catering chalet situated in Tom's Holiday Park. It has incredible views over Hayle Beach and St Ive's Bay - you can watch the sun on the picnic bench outside the chalet or sat at the chalet window overlooking the bay. You can walk down to Hayle Beach in 5 minutes. The beach itself is beautiful and you can go for long walks on it, depending on the tide The holiday park itself is quiet, clean and well kept - the property is surrounded by other chalets but they are not too close and none obscure the fantastic views of the bay. You can easily go on walks on the coast from the chalet along the coast to St Ives or Godrevy Point. The sand dunes, coast and beaches are very beautiful. There is a well stocked shop within 10 mins walk of the chalet and you can easily drive to the shops, pubs, restaurants and supermakets in Hayle and surrounding area. The lovely Bag of Blood pub is within walking distance - book ahead though! The chalet is small, clean and recently redecorated. The kitchen and living room facilities are completely fine - you can cook your own food there easily and 4 people can comfortably chill out in the living room area. The bedding and towel situation is a bit annoying: due to COVID-19 the property managers provide plastic duvets with cotton sheets which move around when you sleep. You are also asked to take your own pillows. That was tricky for us as we travelled to Cornwall from London on the train. For comfort, I would recommend guests take their own duvet, sheets and pillows if they can. Also, we booked for a week and were provided with just one large and one small towel for the week - we ended up paying for a towel change mid stay. There is a washing machine at the property but we found drying towels or clothes is very challenging due to space and the unpredicable weather ie you don't know if you can dry outside. In summary: this property is well kept and in a beautiful location. But for your comfort you may want to take your own bedding and extra towels

Hi, we are a small family run property management company based in Hayle, St Ives Bay. All the properties we manage are within a mile or so of our office so we are never far away. We have been in the holiday trade for 40+ years and with 5 generations of our own family having owned holiday homes here at the beach in Hayle, you might say we like the place!
