The lovely sitting room is light and airy with two comfortable sofas, a fifty-inch Smart television, and modern art décor throughout. The adjoining dining room has a large, extending table; perfect for hosting superb dinners or family game nights; make use of the selection of board games within the cupboard stores. From the dining area, doors open into the enclosed rear garden. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with everything you need to whip up a relaxed breakfast or prepare an evening feast; and there are a few extras such as the slow cooker. The handy utility room is also located on the ground floor and sits alongside the kitchen it comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, wash basin and WC. For those who need to catch up on work while they are away there is convenient office with a desk and chair. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor; a king-size bed with a large walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room, as well as two double bedrooms which are serviced by the family bathroom. Located to the west of the Hayle River in the charming village of Lelant; Estura is roughly a thirty-minute stroll from both the lovely RSBP nature reserve at Hayle Estuary and the stunning, golden sands of Porthkidney beach. You can also catch a train from the local station and enjoy a day out in the wonderful St Ives. Estura is also available year round for reservations, sleeping a total of 10 guests, making this the ideal choice for larger groups to enjoy this wonderful property.
