We had a great stay here and found there was plenty of space for 4 adults 2 children and a baby. The beds are really comfortable, the bath is amazing and the place was really clean. There were a few minor issues when we arrived but everything was sorted quickly. The location is perfect for getting around Cornwall, so much to do quite close by to keep the kids entertained. The site is quite quiet which was perfect for us. We had some problems working the hob when cooking so gave up, I’m sure if we’d have asked for help it would have been sorted but as we were on holiday we weren’t fussed and ate out mostly anyway. There were some really nice touches like a welcome pack and some toiletries. There was also a children’s chair and table and some plastic plates and cutlery which was really useful. We don’t tend to go back to the same place twice but if we did we’d be happy to stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our week in St Erth Praze. Adam and Jessica kindly organised a nice welcome gift for us and were always quick to respond to any questions. The house was a fair size for six of us - although we were out and about most of the time - and, since it's positioned towards the back of the park, it was nice and quiet and we weren't disturbed by any noise from the evening entertainment. We were able to reach several beaches very quickly and particularly loved those at Hayle and Sennen. Our younger children loved having access to the playground, crazy golf and snooker while back at the house.

Overall had a good stay for 4 adults and 3 children. Location is good for getting out and about and there is a fabulous beach a short drive away (Gwithan Towan). The site has lots of facilities including a small but decently stocked on site shop.We used the pool on site twice but didn’t use any other facilities as we were out and about most of the week. Regarding the accommodation I do agree with other comments saying that the internal doors need some shaving off as it made for quite a clunky / noisy closure which in a compact place will be disturbing for some people (it woke me in the night when other people went to the loo) Take a fan with you if the weather is going to be warm as the upstairs bedrooms got quite warm at night, with the windows open some of the neighbours kept us awake chatting / shouting until 3 in the morning! The lack of central heating or towel radiators meant that the bath towels never got dry and then really smelt by the end of the break (the were quite smelly from the start though tbh, as I don’t think they had been dried properly). The kitchen is very small but adequate for one person to navigate and cook a simple meal…although the oven needs a clean as filled the kitchen with acrid black smoke when the door was opened. There are loads of nice places to eat locally and good takeaways though so you needn’t worry too much…you’re on holiday after all :-)
