This house is in a beautiful location and has great bones, but unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. When we arrived the house was filthy. Minutes after entering the house our feet were black. Everything was sticky. There was food on the floor in the kitchen, cigarette ash on the porch, and even found a blood stain on one of the duvets. This is not acceptable at anytime, but during Covid it was especially disconcerting. The management company did resend the cleaners and fixed the surface issues, and threw the duvet in the trash, but we were told a lot of the other issues are only addressed in “spring cleaning”. If that’s true, it seems this house hasn’t had a spring cleaning for a long time. If this house had a thorough cleaning and updated some of the old dilapidated furniture I would recommend it. Otherwise, definitely not.
