Wow Wow Wow!!! This house is amazing! A group of friends...we meet once a year and chose this year to meet in Palm Springs. The house was PERFECT! Communication was quick. We thought something was wrong with the washing machine and they sent over help immediately to figure it out. It was our lack of just being patient for the water to fill. All my friends were comfortable in their rooms. The pool is spectacular. Location is near everything. Check in was flawless. Host was super friendly. And the pool table....was just what we needed at night to unwind from the day and have fun.

Great house with lots of room for everyone. Great detached suite in addition to 5 BR in house. Pool table is great, as is outdoor entertainment area, pool and hot tub. Big kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms. All great. Only downside to the entire house is airplane noise as it sits directly under the flight path.

Fabulous place. Perfect for large families or gatherings. Managing company was responsive and timely when addressing our needs and queries. I'd highly recommend this location if planning to come to Palm Springs.

An amazing stay! The noise rules are a little strict but wasn’t a problem. Management was super easy to get a hold of and accommodated for early arrival. Felt at home immediately.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay and overall experience. This wasn't the house we initially booked; we were informed by property mgmt that the original house had suffered storm damage and was still not rentable. They offered to move us to this house at no additional charge. Though we were excited about the home we'd first booked, we were very happy with the change. This house was gorgeous! Massive, open layout with enough bathrooms and bedrooms so no one had to share. The pool and hot tub were clean and updated. The only downside was the pool cleaning on Friday, which precluded us from using it the entire day (this information was included in the house's handbook, though). Management was friendly and responsive. Even at about 2am, when an alarm inexplicably went off in the casita, we were able to reach someone to help us troubleshoot. While they ultimately directed us back to ADT, we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get ahold of someone at that hour.
