A bit of a split review. On the one hand, this home is in a great location, close to the main town and square with plenty of local restaurants. The apartment is spacious, each bedroom a good size and the view is brilliant from the balcony. The bathrooms are large and the kitchen is also large. The beds are comfortable as well. The issues have already been listed by other people. It firstly needs to be cleaned better, it wasn't good enough to be honest. Secondly, and more importantly. It needs repairs and updating. Things are broke or don't work properly. The main bathroom door won't slide, the balcony door isn't the easiest to operate. Its got stunning potential, just needs updating! I'd also recommend a guide to how things work, the oven is a bit of a mystery, the heating is also confusing!

The flat is spacious and tidy, had all we needed. Shower was great, beds very comfortable. The view from the terrace was nice though we weren't in enough to fully enjoy it. There were stains and hairs here and there so the place could have been cleaner but overall we are happy we chose to stay at Giovanni's.

Linda vista al mar y la bahía, lugar muy lindo, seguro y con estacionamiento interior. Si bien el departamento se ajusta mucho a las fotos y descripción, en el lugar uno se da cuenta que está un poco desgastado, pricipalmente con pintura desprendida.

Beautiful place, clean and neat. Good places to eat .Good host. Only problem was the check in, is not self check in and we try to check in late and were not able to do it so we had to pay that night a hotel . Fortunely Airbnb helped us but it was a hard time . Beside that i recomend the stay👌

Très bel appartement dans un très bel endroit avec une vue splendide. L’hôte est très réactif et sérieux. L’appartement est très bien équipé mais mériterais un petit rafraîchissement pour qu’il soit parfait.
