We were pleased with our stay at Augustin’s. His home was clean and spacious, and contained all we needed for a nice weekend away from home for a family of three. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and relaxing upstairs living space, as well as the balcony. Augustin was friendly and communicative. He provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. Overall, we thought the home was a good value and would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality, Augustin.

Augustin firstly responds quickly and provided all the necessary information well ahead of time. He would also check in at times ensure all is good and that we were comfortable. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. At no time did we feel unsafe about the area. We would definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed Augustine's place! Augustine communicated effectively prior to our arrival. The home was immaculate. It was well stocked but free of clutter (I have 2 kids, so really appreciate not having extra decorations.) The air conditioners in the bedrooms are effective and beds were comfy. The main areas are not air-conditioned and can get quite warm. There are 2 fans and many windows to open, only a few having window screens. The outdoor space contains a picnic table and 2 chairs, under a covered area. The upstairs has a balcony, that we asked about, but we didn't have access to during our stay. This home is within minutes to the Friday night street party. We had access to a car and would recommend the same. The beach that is within walking distance, is great for sunset views, but we never wanted to swim there. There are loads of stray dogs and a long dock, which I presumed would be used for fishing. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well.

The pictures matched what was posted online. The gate & front door was a little tough to get into. The house is very spacious & in a great location. Its a beautiful modern house. Unfortunately i did run into a few hiccups for my stay, which put a little damper on my trip. The first night wasn't comfortable due to the AC not working, the housekeeper came the next evening to switch me to a different room. I had to ask for certain things that I feel should already be there (toilet paper, paper towel, wash cloth). I had to deal with a leak for most of the time i was there. Not something I liked having to deal with while on vacation. Host was very communitive about getting someone to fix the leak but couldn't get someone out due to a holiday on that Tuesday. Would have loved to get access to the upstairs balcony, but by the time the access would have been granted it was almost time to leave. Was offered a discount for my next visit for the inconvenience, would have preferred for this stay
