Galateia and Costas are truly amazing people, wonderful ‘superhosts’ and excellent ambassadors of Airbnb’s true spirit! They absolutely love and are beyond passionate about what they do, always available, attentive, caring and kind! We really felt treated like family! Galateia welcomed us with local treats, honey, fresh fruits and wine. Throughout our stay she and her husband Costas went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable and special - from treating us with her homemade bougatsa, phyllo, and ice cream, through to the lovely and kind gifts! Galateia gave us loads of recommendations of places to visit, best beaches to go to and swim, and taverns to eat. Her well-positioned home is spacious and very clean, with its beautiful patio and terraces, and cozy living room, and comfy bedrooms! Easily accommodated our extended family of 6 + 2 kids! Thank you so much Galateia, Costas and Konstantina for everything! We’ll see you soon! PS:needless to say, absolutely recommend!7STARS!

We had a lovely stay at Galateia’s. The place was perfect for extended family holiday. Galateia was a lovely host who made us feel welcome from the beginning.

A lovely host Galateia, very helpful and responsive. The house is spacious, beautiful and clean, with air conditioners and all the necessities for a comfortable stay. A lovely welcome package was waiting for us on arrival, and Galateia surprised us with delicious Greek food during our stay. She recommended many beaches worth visiting, places to eat and was helpful with all other information we asked about. We had the loveliest holiday in Nikiti at Galateia's place.

The upsides: Overall we had a wonderful stay at Galateia’s home. The house itself is spacious/clean/nice, the kitchen has everything you need, and we used the main outdoor area a lot for eating and hanging out. It’s also very close to a local market and bakery which was excellent. There are big beautiful balconies attached to each room which was lovely. Parking was easy/convenient. The big downstairs bedroom also has AC and all the rooms have ceiling fans. The downsides: Location wise it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach down one of the main roads. This is fine unless it’s very hot like it was for us (35+ degrees), so we had to go back and forth quite a bit to get away from the sun. The 3 upstairs bedrooms also don’t have AC which made it difficult for sleeping on some nights (one of them was better than the others because the AC is in the hallway and blows right into that room).

Galateia is a wonderful host - very responsive and friendly oriented. She gave us a lot of recommendations for local taverns, bars and cafes. She welcomed us with a homemade olive oil and honey, fresh fruits and great wine. She even surprised us with some homemade delicious dishes - a breakfast and an ice cream cake. The house is around 7-8 minutes away from the beach and we walked that distance everyday because it feels very close even with the babies. We stayed at her place for 8 nights - a company of 7 adults and 3 little babies. The house had everything we needed for a great comfort including 2 cribs and 2 high chairs for the babies. The only thing we missed was a vacuum cleaner that to be available for the guests because for longer stays it definitely will be very helpful.
