Fantastic place!

Pros: It’s in a prime location. Close to Times Square, Central Park, grocery stores and restaurants. We liked that there was air conditioning, laundry in the building and access to the roof top. Cons: It does get quite loud as the Airbnb is located on a busier street. Internet and tv signal was not the best. One last con, I know it’s NYC and it’s somewhat expected but we found a cockroach underneath the bathroom sink once during our six week stay.

Apartment is clean and modern and at a great price point. Apartment was even better than the pictures which normally is not the case. Everything was clean and seem to be renovated including appliances and nice flooring. They have kitchen pans/pots/utensils so that was nice. For long terms stays you will need to buy cleaning supplies and paper towels/toilet paper.There are nice restaurants around in a good location in midtown. Great value! My only suggestion for improvement is the wifi was spotty and communication does take 24 hours for a response. We put in a maintenance request but never heard back, but I never followed up after that so I guess that was my fault. Overall great stay and will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Stayed here for one month and really enjoyed our time! Jeniffer communicated well so check-in was easy and one small issue with the sink was fixed quickly. Good location as a base to explore New York, would definitely recommend!
