自我介绍

We are a family of 4 from Lancaster Pa. My wife and I fell in love with South Bethany in 2014 during our first visit, and decided it was the perfect place to spend our weekends with our growing family. We bought our beach house on the canal after our second visit in 2015 and remodeled the interior in 2016. We replaced all the outdoor decks in 2017. Our beach house was so popular with renters that we decided to acquire a Sea Colony ocean front condo in 2017. The beach condo offers an entirely different and amenity filled experience within the highly rated resort of Sea Colony. We're excited to share our escapes with you during the weekends we're not using it. Our favorite activities include kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, fishing, crabbing, walking on the beach or through the bay neighborhoods, and finding new restaurants and bars. We enjoy how peaceful the neighborhood is and how easily you can access the beach and bay from our Beach House. The fenced in back yard is perfect for outdoor dinners by the canal and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. At Sea Colony, we love the multiple pools, walking and biking trails, fitness centers, and indoor/outdoor tennis. Additionally, Sea Colony has tons of activities for the entire family during your stay, such as sandcastle contests, movie nights, fires on the beach, dodgeball, corn hole tournaments, child watch, etc. In early 2018, our family was was featured on an episode of HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt, documenting the purchase of our Sea Colony Condo, and filming at our Canal house where we keep our boat for crabbing and fishing the back bays.
