Stayed here for 8 nights in February. Was a bit shocked to realize we would be saying in an upper level flat. Would advise people with mobility issues against booking as there a lot of steps up to entrance. The place is one of three in a row that all appear to be rentals. Washer and dryer are shared and can be found in the bottom of Unit #1. The two bedrooms were identical each containing a queen four poster bed and a lovely attached three piece bathroom. Each contained their own AC unit. There was only one controller for both but we made due. The beds were comfy but upon changing the sheets noticed the mattress was stained and rather worn looking. It could definitely benefit from a good scrub and a mattress cover. The open concept living, dining and kitchen was lovely and opened to a large screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked with ample items to get us by for the week. Pans could stand to be replaced as it looks like too many people have scratched away the non-stick coating

Jon's place is amazing. Perfectly located, just a few minutes drive to Pinney's Beach (the main beach of Nevis), grocery stores, and restaurants. A quiet and beautifully landscaped yard with monkeys roaming around. Loved the screened-in porch for having meals and listening to the sounds of nature while looking out at the sea. An extremely spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We loved everything about the place AND Nevis. Hope to come back!

Jon and I spoke a few times before the trip; he gave us detailed information for navigating the trip from St. Kitts to Nevis so we knew what to expect, as well as great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed Jon's place! The bed was comfortable, good shower and all the kitchen amenities we needed to cook some dinners. The grounds had beautiful landscaping and our views of St. Kitts from the porch were the perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail or morning coffee. The property manager Mala was very helpful and communicated directly with our car rental company to ensure we arrived safely and were able to locate the property since we arrived a little later. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer! Great island, great people! Can't wait to return.

The villa is located in a great area with beautiful landscaping. Would definitely stay again in the future. Jon and Malla were really helpful with anything we needed.
