My wife and I spent 7 nights at this condo located at Nelson Springs, Cotton Ground, Nevis. The location is spectacular and the condo is located right on the beach. We loved hearing the waves washing up on the shore and enjoyed long walks on Pinney's beach. The Bare Foot Bar & Grill and the Yachtsman are two wonderful restaurants located near by. I highly recommend and would come back again. Richard

We had a very nice overall stay at Samuel's Condo. Upon check-in, there were a few issues that needed attention- Samuel came over promply to greet & visit with me, and was very warm and receptive to addressing the issues (small stuff, nothing that should stop you from renting the unit!). The location is fabulous- right on Paradise Beach, some of the best scenery of St Kitts, Sunsets, anyone could ask for! The on-site beach bar (Barefoot Beach Bar), has delicious food & is very well run. There are several other Beach resorts that you can walk to, to dine & drink, if you do not have a car. We rented Samuel's car for 3 days to tour Nevis - Its a very scenic island, with some of the most friendly locals you'll ever meet. The development needs more beach chairs - I addressed this as well, but it wasn't an issue the majority of the time. Samuel was exceptional in helping us organize a perfect getaway. Samuel's condo had everything we needed including a beautiful view and access to the ocean. We relaxed and enjoyed nature. We fell in love with Nevis.

This was our first visit to Nevis and the location of the unit, the beach and the availability of the lounge chairs on the beach and sunsets were PRICELESS. The views from the 2nd floor balcony were even better. Enjoyed watching the many pelicans right in front. The complimentary coffee pods and bottle of wine was thoughtful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The laundry room is located in the parking garage, in a closet. To protect your booking, keep your communications on the Airbnb platform. If you see something, say something! Everyone we encountered in Nevis were so very helpful and friendly. Nevis is a truly beautiful island and we were able to capture lots of stunning photos. We rented a vehicle so we were able to explore the entire island. We enjoyed breakfasts at Yachtsman, Chrishi and Oualie restaurants. Lunch and dinner at Wilma’s Diner, Sunshine beach bar. Excellent weather as well, for the 4 nights we were there.

Samuel was very responsive and easy to work with. His place was beautiful with views of what felt like a private beach. We enjoyed the bar on property and walking on the beach to the area restaurants. Highly recommended.
