It is not often that accommodation exceeds expectations, but this house in Glencairn did ! Our main criteria were good sea views, a high quality mattress, a large fridge, a gas hob, and Wi-Fi that works through load shedding, all of which were satisfied. In fact, the views are breathtaking, there are both open and enclosed balconies, which is wonderful for the vagrancies of Cape Town weather. The facilities are so good that we ended up spending about two thirds of our evenings cooking our dinner at home. The patio at the back of Level 2 contains a large braai (BBQ) and is sheltered from the wind. Our hosts provided enough charcoal for our first braai, toilet paper, tea and coffee, sugar as well as dishwasher tablets and laundry fluid. Jane was welcoming, always communicative, friendly and helpful. It was a lovely holiday and we would really love to return for another visit. Highly recommended.

Jane’s villa was spectacular. The views from every bedroom and the porch and living area were breathtaking! Every room was spacious with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. They supply some basic necessities to start you off. We highly recommend this villa and will look for it when we return to Simon’s Town.

Fabulous house! We know the area very well and this was certainly one of the best accommodations! Everything needed for the perfect stay was provided. Jane is an excellent host giving very prompt responses to any queries - very easy to communicate with.

Such a beautiful house in a stunning location. Absolutely perfect! Jane was fantastic and super helpful with all our questions and requirements. We would love to return for another visit and absolutely recommend this special place.
