We planned a family meet up and Henderson was perfect for the event. Far enough and close enough to the strip. It was quiet and very nice. Views off the back deck are awesome!
This place was one of the nicest AirBnB's we've stayed at. Large comfortable and spotless accommodations, located in a peaceful quite neighbor away hustle and bustle of Vegas but only a short 10-15 minute drive away. Plus there is a lot to do and good restaurants located in Henderson. Hot Tub was a great place to wind after a long day of travel or hiking!
we really enjoyed the house really felt at home and it was clean and ready to go, it's close to everything about 15 to 20 minutes from the strip and about 3 minutes from stores, coffee shop, everything was perfect we had a great experience. Great fire pit, BBQ, and wonderful hot tub. and Great Host.
We enjoyed our time in Henderson, NV. The accommodations were great and more met our needs. The neighborhood was easy to find and conveniently located for all of our excursions. The only issue we encountered was the air conditioning unit did not perform well for a couple of days. It was not a huge issue as the weather was not terribly hot. We notified the owner, and she had it serviced. The only concern we had was we were not kept in the loop as to what was planned to get the unit diagnosed and repaired. Again, this was not a huge issue for us as the weather was not too hot. Everything else seemed to be fine. The unit had everything we needed including the hot tub, which we enjoyed very much. We would certainly recommend this unit, and will likely use it again if it is available on our future trips to the Henderson, NV area.
3 stars for lack of communication and poor instructions for the lock. I asked a question when booking and repeated it before arrival. No response. I told the host something was broken. No response. Keypad requires more steps than instructions indicated. Also, the door isn’t aligned with the lock, so it has a hard time unlocking and locking. Place was clean, easy to find, good parking
