Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Plus, it is located in a safe neighborhood that will provide a calm oasis. Equipped with all the details and amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep! Our living room and primary bedroom features a smart TV for you to unwind with your favorite show. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. If you prefer hands-on entertainment, we have cool new arcade consoles where you can challenge your friends and family to a game! While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for your next culinary adventure: Refrigerator Microwave Stove Oven Dishwasher Coffee maker Tea kettle Toaster Blender Pots and Pans Bowls and plates Cups and mugs Silverware In the backyard, we also have a BBQ and utensils for fun meals outside, as well as a refreshing swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for Las Vegas summers. Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $100/night (from Nov-Mar) and $60/night (from April-Oct) and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like this turned on. (Pool will be heated to around 78-82 degrees.) Due to the intricacies of pool maintenance, turning on the heating yourself without prior permission is not allowed and may be subject to a fine. Lastly, please avoid removing or turning off the pool vacuum as this may cause harm/damage. Don’t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washer and dryer in the house to get you looking your best. The house is dog-friendly, so don’t forget your furry friend! Pls note: keep all pool equipment in the pool. If you remove it from the pool, it can cause damage to the equipment.
