Prime location overlooking Stoney Lake, at Crowe's Landing, in Ontario, Canada's Kawartha Lakes area, this cozy one-bedroom lakeside suite features a living room with beautiful stone fireplace with wood burning stove, and lovely lake view. The living room has hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and extends to an open-concept kitchen area. The master bedroom has attractive custom pine furnishings and a king bed. A four-piece bath with deep soaking tub and walk-in shower, is beside the bedroom. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to a private lakeside deck/balcony with a screened-in porch, patio furniture, table and chairs, and a beautiful lake view. There is an Apple TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender in the suite. Also dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, dishcloths & towels, dish soap provided. There is access to a propane BBQ.

Me and my partner chose to stay at the 1 bedroom room at Patti’s and Dennis’ cottage for the long weekend and we had the most amazing experience. Patti and Dennis were both very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, they even helped us get the fire pit started. Always very accommodating, they made us feel very welcomed, as if we were at home but also gave us our space. The cottage was super clean and cozy, the view from the room was stunning. The room was spotless and it had everything we needed. They also had great amenities like paddle boarding and canoes. We had so much fun. Everything was perfect. We 100% recommend this place for anyone thinking of visiting Stoney Lake, you won’t regret it. Patti and Dennis are wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to come back soon!
I was struck by the kindness of our host Patti; her and Dennis were very hospitable and also gave us our space. It was peaceful and quiet and the view was lovely. The suite was one of the coziest we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were a few nice surprises. This was an off-season booking so we had to drive a ways for restaurants and cafes. Patti made great recommendations for Lakefield, the closest town, which we also enjoyed. We would love to go back!
My partner and I spent three nights at Patti's cottage suite and had a wonderful time. The location, right on the lake, is fantastic, and the suite's spacious balcony has a wonderful view of the water and surrounding nature. Even though we stayed there on a cold and snowy weekend, the suite was sufficiently warm (we didn't feel the need to use the fireplace). We found the suite to be cozy yet very spacious for a couple (plus a dog). It was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped which was awesome as we like to cook. All the amenities were as described. Patti and Dennis are kind and helpful hosts. While Patti was away during our stay, she communicated with us promptly before and after our arrival, and provided useful information. Dennis received us when we arrived and showed us around the suite, and was very helpful throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend this suite and Patti and Dennis as hosts!
Wonderful stay with the Irwin’s, the home was beautiful and private on a beautiful lake with great walking trails that are easily accessible. Dennis and Patti are great people and were helpful and responsive whenever we needed them. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking. We use the wood fireplace our entire stay and the heated floors were a great feature too. Our dog loved the trails and we got a lot of great downtime here. Could not have been happier with our stay and plan to return. Patti makes a great banana bread too!
