We really enjoyed staying here to watch the Eclipse. the house was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for several families to cook and enjoy time together. Mike was extremely great with communication. I would definitely come back!

The house was large and comfortably fit two small families, 7 people in total. It's also in a nice neighborhood of houses like it, a short drive from the main part of the city. The house is well stocked with toiletries, full kitchen, even extra things you might not think to pack like plastic wrap or bandaids and much more. Michael was helpful with any question I had. The only problem is that it is not as nice as the price might lead you to assume. The carpet has spots all over, in every room. Each room has at least one, often much more than one, thing that is broken or in disrepair - molding missing, doorknob denting wall, giant sloppy patchup of wall painted in random color, pieces of floor missing, large bumps in floor, screws dangling from doorknobs - and it goes on. None of these things stopped us from enjoying our time there, but it was disappointing to pay so much in rent and often feel like I was in a foreclosure. From my experience with other places in the US and Canada, this place had the worst pricing considering the state of the interior.

Great house with lots of space! This was perfect for our family get together. Tons of room upstairs for everyone to have their own bedroom area, 6 total beds! Amazing! The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was great for our big family to spend time visiting. Michael was quick to respond. Great host. Thanks much!
