This house is beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together or alone. The back deck is a lovely place to sit and have morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again if we choose Bloomington as a destination in the future.

A beautiful home with various amenities and located in a peaceful and private area. The game room in particular was my favorite to hang out in as Jeff has it curated with plenty of entertainment options and games. The area of the property is also vast allowing for great recreational enjoyment activities. Host is super helpful and responsive, very flexible as well. 10/10 Would recommend.

We were extremely pleased with Jeff's home. We were 8 people (four couples) at the house, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood with other large properties, feels like there are no neighbors. The house has a large room with a fireplace overlooking the deck where all of us gathered, as well as several eating areas, and sitting areas. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked almost every meal. There were plenty of towels, blankets and everything else we needed for our two night stay. The house was very clean, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Jeff responded to questions promptly before our stay and during our stay.

My friends and I wanted a getaway with our significant others. The space was perfect. Large living spaces where we could all visit, plenty of cooking supplies, and space to spread out when we wanted. Perfect for a quiet escape.

Jeff's place is fantastic. A beautiful home on lots of land 10-12 mins from the center of town and campus. The house is spacious, clean as can be and has tons of amenities! The kitchen has everything you would have in your kitchen at home . All of the appliances work great. Washer dryer brand new . A beautiful gas fireplace backed up by a wonderful view of the large back yard and deck . The deck is quite large with a larger table for 8-10 people with a nice gas grille . Two big screen TVs , one in a " study" room off the main living room and one 75 inch screen in a traditional TV room ! Wow! All the beds are cozy and great for sleep. Easily fit my family of 6 and no problem for 8. Jeff was highly responsive on messages and text messages. We had one thing we needed some help with and not only did Jeff call immediately he had someone out to help us in 30 mins as he was out of town! Highly recommend for a great place to stay in Bloomington!
