We had a great stay while we were down in Bloomington. We went specifically for the eclipse and it was the perfect house for our group. It was clean. It had everything that we needed. The amenities in the bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice. There was enough space for everyone. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. The grocery store and various restaurants weren't far at all. We especially loved that Brett had provided us with some pocket guides and viewers for the eclipse! We were so appreciative of that!! I highly recommend staying here if you are heading to Bloomington.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful place and felt right at home! Wonderful house, elegant, and functional. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the area - the neighborhood is nice, quiet, and walkable. We especially enjoyed evening visits from friendly deer. Brett was prompt and pleasant in his communication. We will be back here on our next stay in Bloomington!

Brett's house is bright, clean, and well-equipped. Short distance to the campus, shops and restaurants. It has a nice patio and the outdoor lights add a cool vibe. We all slept like babies as the beds and pillows are super comfy. Great check-in experience and overall great stay. Would recommend!

Brett’s place was fantastic! Impeccably cleaned and comfortable with everything you need. They even put little mints on the bed like a hotel. We loved the neighborhood and it was close to everything. Brett was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
