This amazing home is nestled in a park-like setting on the east side, 7 minutes to the mall and Target - situated on ten private wooded acres. The 3400 sq Ft house is perfect for a large family or a few couples. The main floor has ample seating, dining and relaxing space - all with access to the open kitchen. Come enjoy games, bonfires, birdwatching…and relaxing on the deck, the patio or in the 7 person hot tub. The IU campus is 10 minutes away, groceries, and restaurants are 7 minutes away.

Nice house and friendly accommodating owners. Beautiful woody setting. Note that it is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bloomington if you are using it for IU celebrations or events. Also, Uber drivers have trouble finding the house so we started going to the bottom of the driveway to flag them. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only suggestion for the owners is that a few more cooking supplies, such as baking sheets and mixing bowls. But none of that detracted from our stay by any means.
