Darling older home on the edge of Indiana University campus, across the street from Forest Quadrangle. Great location for any IU event. The house was clean and had a great upstairs suite secluded from the rest of the house. We loved the screened in sunporch with the hanging bed. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much.

This home is super cute, in a nice, fairly quiet area.. Oddly, it didn't seem as though a cleaning service had been there because there was a note and small bag of treats left for the prior guest. A few dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Lots of dirty linens in the basement and a broken ceramic vase (?) on the deck . We needed to change one set of sheets because they hadn't been changed. The house was pretty clean otherise. We were asked to strip the beds and re-make them upon our departure, even though I was paying a $150 cleaning fee. Couldn't do that without any more clean sheets. Lots of large ants (carpenter ants?) on the front porch, so we just kept our feet off the deck, on the chairs. Otherwise, it's a lovely area to sit in the afternoon sun. The next 2 days we saw a few similar ants inside. We stopped at Oliver's Winery on the way, but there wasn't a wine opener provided.. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. Couldn't get the fire pit to light, though we knew how.

This house is very cute and welcoming. It’s in a great location and we felt right at home. Host was very kind and even left us some snacks. Highly recommend.

Great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. The location to campus was great. Very cute house.
