Location, location, location...beautifully remodeled (4) bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath house. Can sleep up to 8 guests. Situated just west of downtown Bloomington in desirable Prospect Hill Neighborhood. Short walking distance (seven minutes) to the B-Line Trail, Kirkwood restaurants/bars and the center of downtown Bloomington. Sleeps up to eight adults. Great place to stay for IU graduation, football and basketball games, homecoming, conferences, and reunions. The entire home has been remodeled. Brand new luxury wood plank flooring, newer stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, microwave, stove, oven. Very clean and nicely decorated. Four designated parking spots plus additional parking on the street.

Perfect house to visit Bloomington for the 2024 Eclipse. The house fit the 3 kids, 1 baby, and 5 adults well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals and the large couch held us all nicely. Pretty easy 10-15 min walks to coffee shops and other business.
The Airbnb was the perfect spot for four couples in town for a college reunion. Kitchen and living room were spacious and beds/pillows were very comfortable! 5 min Uber ride to downtown or 15 min walk. Perfect alternative to the very expensive hotels!
Great location for walking to everything, including graduation, so we avoided all the traffic and parking hassles. Appreciated having the space for the family to hang out after graduation, and the board games were a nice touch.

Great space for a group, lots of beds and sleeping configuration. In a quiet neighborhood and not a bad walk to the square. Lots of amenities in the kitchen, glassware, etc to make your stay feel like home. We’d certainly stay again

Seven minute walk to the B-Line Trail and all the vibrant downtown restaurants and bars including: Janko's Little Zagreg, Crazy Horse, Irish Lion, The Tap, any many more restaurants and retail shops on the square in downtown Bloomington. .9 miles (19 min walk) to the Indiana University Sample Gates. 1.75 miles (38 min walk) to Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall.
Short walk to downtown Bloomington. Less than one mile from IU Campus.
