we had an on-site Cook we were able to give the menu and he prepared fir us. I felt like home. I will come again tell the others about this too . Next to the Bungalow the couple who looked after the bongalow was always available like a concierge.

This place is a home away from home. It is clutter free , clean and tidy. The garden is beautiful and well kept. Sunil the caretaker is very friendly and he is a very good cook. It is a lovely place to take your loved ones on holiday. My wife and kids loved the place. Recommended with 5/5 stars.

I loved staying in this quiet house. It is spacious and very cosy . It was the perfect place for some peaceful restdays. Many interesting places are easily accessible if you have your own car. The owner stayed in touch and gave helpful advice for finding the way. Thank you for the pleasant time!

We had a great stay. The house and gardens are lovely and peaceful. The dinner and breakfast was really nice and excellent value. The caretaker had limited English but was super helpful and did a good job cooking the food. The location was great for us as we had hired a tuk tuk and didn’t mind the short drive to Ella.

Four of us friends from India stayed at Shehan's place, 'The Escape' for one night. We booked the place very last minute. Shehan was quick to response, take our requests, give feedback and ensured we had a smooth check in and comfortable stay. The villa is a cute and cozy place. All of us instantly loved the place. Its neat and clean like one would expect of a well maintained home stay. Its about 20 minutes drive from Ella town but the peaceful and blissful location makes up for what it lacks in closeness to Ella. We loved the place so much that we hardly stepped out. Sunil, the caretaker was super helpful and made us some great food. Highly recommend this place if u have ur transport to and fro Ella figured out.
