Kelly and Luanne were amazing hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We appreciated all the little personal touches, like our favorite seltzer in the fridge and offers to make a fire pit for us. Will definitely stay again. Already have plan to stay next May! 😊

Kelly and Luanne were amazing from the start! The most responsive hosts and incredibly hospitable. The space is very clean and comfortable- we had everything we needed. Location is convenient to everything the Charlottesville area has to offer! We look forward to returning to the Chateau Chamberlain :)

Luanne and Kelly's place worked great for my daughter and I to get together. The house is a few minutes drive into town. Kelly was very attentive to our checkin and he made sure he could meet with us personally. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and then some! I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Charlottesville.

Our stay at Luanne and Kelly's was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub several times, which was amazing after our 6 mile hike on Ragged Mountain (20 minutes away). We also had a great night hanging out at the fire pit after spending some time at King Family winery (20 minutes away). We also spent some time at UVA, the Downtown Mall, and Monticello, which were all within 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and dark. They gave us great restaurant recommendations (and we are both gluten free) so Burton's (10 minutes) away was a great dinner option for two nights. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. The patio was the highlight and we had great weather so hanging out on that great. Kelly built a fire for us each night, and also offered us items for smores. Overall, a great visit and we would stay at Luanne and Kelly's again.
