It's exactly how it's described! Hot tub was great & hot! The only thing was the spa shock container was empty, but luckily we weren't there very long! The access and view from the deck is absolutely stunning. So peaceful and perfect space to relax and recharge. The house had a smell of smoke, but that's only because I think guests before us used the indoor fireplace - the weather was warm enough we just kept the doors open to air it out! Towels, sheets & everything was clean! Plenty of utensils and kitchen tools. Overall, it was an incredible stay! Worth every penny! Would happily stay here again!

Beware, lots of issues with this place: 1. Hottub heater was not working when we arrived. Opened a ticket and before host could fix, hubby was able to troubleshoot the breaker to make it work. Filter was disgusting. 2. Hole in the back wall of the fireplace which caused smoke to come out in the house instead of the chimney. Was told there was nothing they could do. Heater had a cap of 75 so with little to no insolation plus single pane windows, we froze with temps of 29 degrees outside. Had to wear snow gear inside to stay warm. 3. Bathtub drain did not drain so when taking a shower, you stood in all your shower water. Took about 10 min after shower was off to fully drain. 4. Bunkbed ladder had been pulled off from where it was nailed to the bedframe which made it unsafe to climb up. Hubby had to fix that also. What we were hoping for was a relaxing stay in a cabin, but turned out the hubby had to spend time fixing things the property managers should do prior to any guest arrival.

the Hunters Cabin is located on a stunning piece of property. we loved the hot tub (nice & hot 104*!) and the big backyard that backed up to the creek. there were some nice upgrades to the cabin, such as renovated bathrooms and accordion doors to the back patio. there's a large selection of family games and puzzles, toiletries, and laundry needs. the main room is quite spacious and accommodating. there were also some amenities that needed some attention- none of the knives were sharp, no salt/pepper, can opener was broken. the fireplace was not functional, we tried a few times to remedy (we are quite handy people) but smoke would pour into the room. the queen bedding was too lite to keep us warm all night, and the Roku was not working, so we couldn't watch movies on the big screen. the house didn't come with any instructions about the house, which was a little different, but most aspects were self explanatory. overall, we had a nice time at this cabin. with some love it would be great
