Perfect stay in Barcelona. Joan is super responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my perfect stay. His apartment is fantastic - perfectly located, clean, comfortable, efficient. His bed was firm yet supportive and his shower had strong water pressure. I would definitely stay at his listing again and 100% recommend to others looking for a local, comfortable place in Barcelona.

Great little apartment, perfect for 2 people in a good location that felt very safe to walk around at night. Balcony was lovely, quiet and sunny. The bed was comfortable and there's a good shower with plenty of hot water. Contrary to other reviews there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in the bathroom and salt and pepper in the kitchen. We didn't cook but there were plenty of utensils provided if you wanted to.

Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The balcony got the sun nearly all hours of the day and the beautiful and clean, exactly what we were looking for. The area was packed with local bars and restaurants and we fell in love with the surroundings. The square round the corner was bustling while also having a safe family vibe. We tried a few of Joans recommendations Bodega Quinet stood out for us. Would highly recommend

Joan’s apartment was exactly as described/pictured, perfectly clean, and thoughtfully equipped (washing detergent, bin liners, etc all provided). Joan was communicative and created a comprehensive digital guide to the apartment which was great too. Highly recommended!
