This is a great location with easy access to Cabrillo or downtown. John told us how we could get access to the campus across the street and we walked to the ocean to watch the sunset. The Murphy bed is easy and comfortable. Parking around the corner was never a problem. John tried to help with the Wyfi, but it is a it slow.

If you are looking for a San Diego location in a quiet and safe neighborhood in walking distance to the ocean, this place is perfect. The ocean area in walking distance (sunset cliffs) has beautiful views, is not crowded, is peaceful and seemed safe. Since this is a high cliff area with limited water access, it is more for walking and hanging out to watch wildlife and the ocean. I found one stairway down to the water, but watch the tide schedule. A short distance north (probably car distance) is ocean beach that has a sand beach area for swimming. There were many families enjoying a Sunday beach visit. The house I stayed in was very nice, super clean, and looked like it was pretty new construction. If you don't have a car, there is a grocery store to walk to and the house had a kitchen area if you want to cook. uber had no problem finding the place to pick me up. This was a nice find. I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed the privacy and quiet of this studio. Any inquiry was quickly answered by the host. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. I highly recommend staying here. Bring soap and shampoo for the shower. 5 star in my book!
