Great location and gorgeous beach! Gail was so helpful coordinating pick-up from dock given our travel delays. Audrey was extremely helpful throughout our trip and greeted us with the most delicious pumpkin bread. We had everything we needed including towels and beach blankets. Consider getting a travel friendly form of shade for the beach and bring plenty of sunscreen!

Gail made this the best spring break vacation! She made it so incredibly easy! The caretaker next door was very helpful as well. It was so hard to say goodbye to this beautiful home and island. We will recommend this place to friends and family, and hopefully we will come back soon. Thank you, Gail, for this easy and peaceful vacation!

Loved staying at Tippy's cottage. Can't say enough positive about it - it is clean, quiet, and Audrey and Gail do a great job taking care of us and making arrangements. I can't recommend it highly enough. The nearby beach is stunning, the restaurants on the island are super fun, and we had a great time tooling around in our golf cart. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at Tippy’s Cottage. Comfortable, clean, great outdoor space, wonderful view… and her property manager Audrey is so nice and helpful. I left my phone at the house and she raced to the dock to bring it to me before we left on the boat ferry!!

This house truly felt like home! It was so comfortable and CLEAN! (Not a bug to be found!) Very tastefully decorated! I’m definitely thinking of a chandelier for my own bathroom now! Gail was available, if we needed, which we didn’t. She facilitated our taxi from the airport to the ferry, as well as our golf cart rental. The golf cart was a great way to get around both Russell Island and Spanish Wells! We explored everywhere! There is good information at the house about the grocery store and restaurants. The beaches are beautiful, and the people are so friendly! This is a safe place to visit. We will definitely be back! ❤️
