We would stay here again if water pressure is fixed. We have been staying at multiple locations in koh samui and by far this place had the weakest water pressure. So shower isn’t pleasant. During our stay, fridge stopped working but host quickly replaced it. The cleaning is not included and it would cost 600 baht per cleaning (approx 18 USD). You just request the day before. Otherwise, it’s in a convenient location & the host lady was always responsive and she was very nice to us. Thank you for letting us stay!

We really liked the stay at this accommodation. It is near to the beach and some cafes and restaurants. The host was friendly and everything worked out very well.

Жили у Add с 10 декабря по 17 января. Уютный дом с двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами, кухней и гостиной. Очень чисто. На кухне все есть. Уборка и смена белья раз в неделю. Близость магазинов, прокатов и дороги с любым транспортом. Возле домиков есть кафе с местной кухней и приятными ценами. Море в 5-минутной доступности. Правда не повезло с погодой, ветер и Ламаи сильно штормило. На транспорте до Кристал Бэй 10 минут. Т.к. нет бассейна, мы ходили в отель возле моря, за покупку в баре там можно пользоваться бассейном. Электричество оплачивается отдельно. У нас за 6 недель вышло около 2200 бат. Хозяйка очень душевный человек, с радостью отзывается на просьбы. Будем рады приехать еще.

We cannot understate that we are very disappointed with this rental. Mostly due to the bad communication from the host Add. When we arrived we asked where the pool of the property is which was in the initial add of the house when we rented it(then removed it without informing us). The host said there is no pool for this rental....what??? We protested to this and then she said that the pool is being renovated so we cannot use it. We continued to protest and then she showed the pool....which was located at another property which we had to walk a few minutes to get to. The pool was very dirty and barely in a state to use. In the end, she confessed that she removed the pool from the add without informing us because she had to pay the pool owner for us to use it and she had not done so. Very weird behavior. Then we got complains a few days later from the pool owner that our daughter was laughing and playing to much so we could not use the pool before 10:30 because many drunk guests got home late from partying and wanted to sleep late. We said hesitantly ok to this but still we got a official complaint from the airbnb host that we where making to much noise by the pool. Otherwise the house is located at a good place close to the beach.....about 3 minutes away. Close to a nice coffe shop "The secret brunch" where we could work and the supermarkets, Mini Big C and Makro. The house is nice but it is badly built and accumulates the heat from the day like an oven so the AC has a hard time to keep up even when on all the time. 1 month of AC and water ended up to about 4800 Baht. The internet connection is ok and works well to work from. The kitchen is not that well equipped with a really bad electric stove that basically either is off or at full blast which burned most of what we cooked.

This place is perfect for family with children. It's near the beach, Macro (probably the best price/value shopping on Samui) and the main road (car rental, laundry, Big C, food), yet it's really quiet. The rooms are super-clean, each with own AC and all the equipment in perfect state. There is an excellent thai bistro just opposite the houses. And of course, Add was a great host! If you need to find a quiet and clean place and don't want to be in a resort, this is your choice.
