The condo is an open space on the first level with kitchen, big round kitchen table for 6, family room and covered deck with a 1/2 bathroom. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master w full bathroom and 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Great location for restaurants but 4 blocks from the beach. Very creative Avalon/Beach decorations throughout the condo

Condo is beautiful. It was decorated so nicely and kitchen had all the amenities you will need plus more! House was clean and even larger than photos. We will definitely stay here again with our family.

The photos and listing of this condo don’t do it justice! It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable for our family to stay for several days. The location is terrific too. Ashley was communicative and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Really loved our time at this place and hope to be able to return soon.
