Clean, bright and in a great location.

This property is in an excellent location. Literally just a few steps from the beach. But in a quiet area. Truth be told, we were there during the week. I don’t know how the weekends would be. But still very much worth the cost! We would encourage you to make sure you take bed sheets and towels. Turns out we were not aware of an Avalon rental rule that states rentals do not provide those items. Said to be a COVID thing. We had to run out and purchase those items. No big deal. Just something you should be aware of. It was our first trip to Avalon, and had no idea. The pool is wonderful. A great perk with this property that not all have. The entire house appears to be newly remodeled. The kitchen is great! Updated appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. And you feel safe. The home locks securely, and there is adequate outdoor lighting as well. If you’re considering Avalon, NJ as a vacation stay, this is certainly a place worth considering! And Carissa is very friendly and helpful!
