Escape to our charming beach house getaway in the heart of Avalon, offering plenty of options for the whole family. This home promises endless days of beachside bliss, while cozy interiors adorned with nautical accents provide a serene retreat after a day of adventures. Whether you're savoring morning coffee on the deck overlooking the bay views or heading into town to enjoy a night out, our place is centrally located, making it easy to take advantage of all the island has to offer. This is the back half of a twin home. The home offers two floors of living space, two levels of outdoor deck space and a fenced in yard. The first floor consists of laundry, bathroom with a stand up shower, 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room for the kids! Upstairs is the main living area with a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and common areas. The home also has a great outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

This rental was amazing! It was perfectly clean, well maintained, and newly renovated. Rachel was very responsive and proactive about making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was very family friendly with lots of games and toys for the kids, and the stairs were gated off which is a huge plus when traveling with babies and toddlers. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for our family to cook and eat. The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easily walk to the town center area. It was a perfect size for a family. The living area was a hit for our family to spend time together and hangout. We loved walking around every sunrise and sunset. Thank you!
