We spent a week at Brian's home with family. It was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. So close to the bay and a small pier to watch the sunset, people fishing and swimming. One block in the other direction is Dune Street with all the restaurants, shops, and ice cream. The beach was a few blocks further and totally walkable. The 24th street location is absolutely perfect! Renting bikes was also the best decision ever! We rented from a place called Surf Buggy Centers and they deliver and pick up your bikes from your rental. We rode everywhere during our stay. Brian is an excellent host, very responsive, flexible, and kind. I would definitely recommend his home for your next vacation!!

Brian’s place was perfect for our beach stay. We were in town for large family wedding and Brian did his best to get us in early to get ready in time. He promptly answered any communication. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! Brian is an especially attentive and responsive host who provides a great vacation experience. The house fit three generations of my family comfortably and everyone’s accommodations were cozy and comfy, with lovely balconies on each floor! The house is ideally situated within walking distance of everything you’d want on vacation: restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf. Plus shopping, groceries, convenience store, playground and the beach! We highly recommend staying here and Brian as a host. Thanks for everything, Brian!
