We know Maui very well, and the location in Haiku was exactly right for us. The home felt welcoming and we loved the decor and the garden!!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay with Audrey. It was a nice change of pace from the big resorts. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peace and beauty of the island. A heads up that the 1/2 bath is an outside shower and a sink in the room, not a toilet. The bathrooms are large and open and easily accessed by everyone. Great to have a washer and dryer mid trip!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Audrey’s home in Haiku. It was the perfect location to enjoy Paia, Haiku and Kula. We were in Maui for a wedding and spent the first 4 nights in Kihei. Arriving at Audrey’s place was a nice break from the busy South side. Her home had everything needed for us plus lots of books about Hawaiian history, games and multiple outdoor sitting areas. We went to Baby Beach daily with the kids and enjoyed little outings in Paia, including Choice Health Bar for fresh Juices and Acai bowls and the Fish Market. We love Nuka for sushi and no trip to upcountry is complete without a visit to the Bee Farm or Lavender Farm in Kula! Audrey was very accommodating and super responsive. Keep in mind that the second bedroom is a separate space accessed from outside. It was perfect for my teenage son on this trip. Thanks again Audrey! We will be back :)
