I was lucky to stay in this home for six weeks and it was really wonderful and inspiring to stay in a place designed so thoughtfully and intentionally. The kitchen is next level, the neighbors friendly and the location can't be beat.

the place is as beautiful as in the pictures and I had a fantastic 2.5 month stay. Renzo was super responsive as a host and everything was seamless and easy. I especially enjoyed the bluetooth speakers setup which I used everyday, and just being a walking distance from Lake Merritt, my favorite taco truck and a lot of Asian groceries and restaurants. I highly recommend this spot!

Stayed here for month and a half working. Space is great, all the kitchen equipment you need, cool lighting. Location is near Little Saigon (highly recommend Da Nang Quan). Renzo was helpful with checking in and everything. A small note for couples working during covid: it can be hard to do two meetings at once, as it's one large space. Otherwise, easy to work there, internet was stable.

120% as advertised! Renzo was super communicative and his loft was really unique and perfect for our 5-week extended stay. The secure parking was a huge win and proximity to Lake Merritt for walking, running or rowing crew was wonderful. Jake London Square and Old Oakland are both within a 20-minute walk. The neighbors in the loft community were very friendly and a delight to meet. I highly recommend staying here!
