We had a wonderful stay here with our 3 children. Loads of space, beautiful outdoor pool and we also all enjoyed the pool table too. It was a great base for exploring Kefalonia, and we were given really helpful tips/information/ideas from Anna and Elina. Highly recommend a stay here, it was such a brilliant holiday.

We spent a week in Piedra Villa. The house is located on a large space arranged for receptions and weddings (there is even a chapel), in a secluded and very quiet part of the island. It can feel somewhat strange to sit in such a vast arra but the garden setup clearly appears on the pictures so nothing hidden. Beaches are 20-25mn from the villa and there are some good options, visiting Kefalonia was a great experience as the island is absolutely wonderful. Swimming pool is very large and perfect for family with children. There are also some very nice views at sunset over the mountains from the barbecue area. Bedrooms are nice and A/C works properly. The house equipment was a bit disappointing, especially the kitchen amenities, quite old and unpractical (slow cooker, small dishwasher, old toaster etc.). Some bathrooms equipements are a bit rusty. Some elements from the gym didn’t work when we arrived (Nikos the owner quickly brought replacement). Nikos and Anna helped us in solving a few issues (Nikos kindly brought us an umbrella as there is limited shade around the house in the afternoon) but overall we felt very limited maintenance had been made in the house which was frustrating for us considering its price (more than 650€ / day). The house is great on some aspects but I think it would need some investment in the kitchen and bathrooms to fully justify its price.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Piedra war großartig. Sehr gepflegte große Anlage mit sehr viel Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchgehend sehr angenehm. Für Familien gut geeignet, ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 min.
