My family and I recently had the most incredible stay here. Martin is an exceptionally kind and responsive host. From the moment we arrived, he and Thushari made us feel right at home, ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thushari added to the experience by preparing delicious meals (we requested the service before our arrival) and being so helpful throughout. The accommodation itself was nothing short of amazing, with thoughtful touches and amenities that enhanced our experience - we had tons of fun in the pool! I cannot recommend this property enough, the combination of a wonderful host, a caring caretaker, and a delightful stay made my family’s trip unforgettable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

We had the most fabulous stay at Martin’s villa and Martin himself could not have been more helpful. The house is a dream: large, cool and gorgeously done-out. Traditional Italian architecture but with lots of mod cons (perfect as we were travelling with a toddler and a baby). Huge beds, great bathrooms, wonderful family outdoor eating space. The view will blow your mind. The pool is saltwater and lovely - really made it for us. The villa is off the beaten track and incredibly quiet, so it made for a peaceful week. The drive is a bit spicy but honestly, nothing a basic hire car cannot handle. Martin - keep doing what you’re doing, this was our best Air BNB yet!

Une maison magnifique, dotée d’une vue splendide. La maison est très bien équipée et agréable a vivre. Le jardin dispose de nombreux espaces propices à la détente. Il est bien aménagé et bien équipé. La piscine est très grande et très agréable. Martin est un hôte parfait, très accueillant et toujours prompt à répondre aux demandes. La personne qui assure l’entretien de la maison est très efficace et peut même préparer des dîners. Nous avons choisi ce service et ne l’avons pas regretté. En somme, nous recommandons cette maison sans aucune réserve !

We loved our stay at this tranquil place! Beautiful villa and surrounding areas and amazing pool area, perfect for our group including a baby and a small dog. The road to the villa is an adventure and wouldn’t maybe suit a sports car, but no issues for us with “normal cars” :-). Martin is a great host with easy communication and many recommendations of things to do and places to visit in the surrounding areas. We hope to get the chance to come back again!

Martin’s property is a gem. The house is charming, the surroundings are idyllic and the location is accessible to many great Umbrian towns worth exploring! The photos on the listing do not do the house and views justice. It was better than we had envisioned. We arrived late in the evening and we had arranged for a home cooked meal which was already prepped and the housekeeper finished cooking it upon our arrival so we had a fresh, hot and absolutely delicious meal when we arrived. It was the perfect start to our vacation after a long journey. Martin was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and checked in to make sure we were enjoying the place. We highly recommend Martin’s lovely Umbrian farmhouse. It’s amazing!
