Francesca è stata preziosa sin dalla prenotazione. La casa perfetta in tutto: spazi curati e pulitissimi, cura di ogni dettaglio, cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili. La cura che Francesca mette nel farti sentire a casa è sorprendente, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare l’essenziale per poter far colazione il giorno dopo (latte, caffè, tè, succhi, frutta e biscotti) senza dover andare al supermercato, per non parlare della carineria nel farci trovare vino del posto e un pandoro (essendo il periodo delle festività) e la legna per il meraviglioso caminetto. Un nido perfetto per giorni di relax tra amici, a casa lontano da casa!

We had such a wonderful time at Francesca’s. She has such beautifully manicured property and the interior was so beautifully curated and clean. We had everything we needed. Francesca gave great recommendations for restaurants and wineries. Ripalvella was a beautiful home away from home. Thank you for everything Francesca!

Our family of 5 loved Francesca’s place! The house and surroundings were even better than the photos. Francesca made us feel welcome and right at home. Highly recommend! We would go back to stay there in a heartbeat!

If you want to stay in a beautiful property with an amazing host and love dogs this is the place to stay in Umbria. It’s in a stunning location with a really well equipped kitchen great for us as we were cooking in rather than eating out. To have exclusive access to a good sized pool was a bonus and Francesca kept it beautifully clean. There was so much to love but the best was the four gorgeous dogs who are all extremely friendly and we loved seeing them after a busy day visiting the historic sights.
