I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next Dallas stay! The house was nice and clean, with lots of space and comfy beds. Highly recommend!!!

The positive is the master bedroom and bathroom are new construction and look nice. Also, the towels provided were clean, fresh, and fluffy. The living space is large with plenty of seating. I was also glad that there was an iron and ironing board as we were attending a wedding after traveling to Garland. The negative is the rest of the house (not the master) is dirty and patched together. I had booked for myself and 6 other adults and was embarrassed by the place overall. We cleaned before and after we cooked. We wore shoes or socks while in the house because the floors were not completely clean. The strong scents were covering other smells. The inside of drawers, walls, wires, and vents were dirty. Sadly, I knew the cleaners had just been there a few hours before we arrived. I hope the owners can get the place deep cleaned and fixed up a little. The neighborhood was okay: not nice but not bad either.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. This place is perfect for large groups and can fit everyone comfortably. We really enjoyed the back patio and BBQ grill and the kids enjoyed playing in the yard. Every time we are in Garland we will be definitely booking this house.
