From the moment we got there, the Host continued to blame me for problems/concerns that arose. She took no responsibility for anything. Instructions said the Host would open the door when we arrive. Told the host we arrived. We had problems getting in. No response. Someone else let us in. Once we had the fob, we continued to have trouble getting in. I told the host multiple times over several days that we could not get in. The last time was late in the evening when it was cold/raining outside. The host said the mailroom door is under maintenance. We should have told her during business hours so she could have done something about it. What? Terrible. When we first got into the room, the one bed was not made and no pillow cases were on the pillows. When I told her about it, she said we were lying. She said the bed was made! I sent a picture and she still did not believe me. No Kleenex. Cheap tiny soap, looked like something you get as a free sample.

Such a peaceful and spacious stay! Will come back to this place if we’re in the area again.

It was a safe, quiet comfortable place to stay while visiting for a family wedding.

The place was very nice however the door that goes through the mailroom was broken and wouldn’t accept the key fob, so that resulted in a very long and tiring walk to the place and if you have multiple bags it will be very frustrating. The place was clean and quiet though and the view was very pretty. Would stay again if the door is fixed to the mailroom.

Loved our stay here. Super clean! Looked just like the photos. We were very pleased and will definitely stay here again the next time we need a place to stay!
