Welcome to our comfortable and accessible ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, perfectly tailored for all guests including those who require a handicap accessible stay. This apartment is perfect for business travelers, students, and families. We welcome both long term and short term stays with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in apartment, two TVs (one in master, one in living room), and shared pool/gym/billiards. The apartment features wooden flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance, and a high ceiling. This is a newly build modern, safe, and comfortable property complete with a number of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, billiards table, and BBQ lounge area.

A nice to play to stay if your people don't want to eat meals together. Pro: The beds were very comfortable, each bedroom had a large walk-in closet with ample shelf space if you want to unpack, nice 2 ply toilet paper, access to a well equipped gym. Had fun checking out the bidet feature on the toilet. Also includes washer/dryer. Con: not enough room for 3-4 people to sit down and have a meal together, only stocked with 3 mugs and just 1 drinking glass, only basic cooking equipment but a generous supply of silverware.
Ali allowed us to check in early to accomodate our travel plans and gave great instructions.

We recommend having access to a car, street parking is completely free with no towing! There is a parking garage for residents, do not park there as towing is enforced within the parking garage.
If you don't have access to a car or Uber/Lyft, then we are also conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from the Cityline DART (train) station that runs all the way to downtown Dallas.
