Excellent location, super roomy rustic place . Very open so not so good if you need privacy from other guests. Two flights up and a flight of stairs within the apartment. Sam a great communicator and very attentive.

We had a group of 10 for a 50th gathering. We would stay again. Views and location are incredible! Pros: Location Views Artwork Kitchen Seating -plenty Comfy couch Plenty of towels/linens/pillows Shower pressure and bathroom size Pool table Cons: Door to unit has duct tape to hold in panels (bldg unit door is fine) Dining room chairs are very well worn (one was wobbly) Need towel hooks in upstairs bathroom Noisy garbage trucks every morning

Our stay at the loft was the perfect getaway with the family. The space was cozy and comfortable. The view of the sunrise from the upper loft was absolutely beautiful. Lots of food and activities within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location across from the piers, lots of bars and restaurants around. Sam was easy to get a hold of. Great water pressure in showers.
