I enjoyed my stay at this loft! The apartment gets a lot of natural light, which is amazing. The washer and dryer is convenient and I had everything I needed in the apartment. The artwork and decor is eclectic and the area is walkable with nearby transportation. The bed was soft and I liked being on a the14th floor. I highly recommend this listing! Something to highlight is that road construction was ongoing during my stay so the taxi could not drop me off in front of the apartment.

This apartment has it all -- a great location, a beautiful view of the city, comfort and style. Frederic is helpful and responsive. There's nothing not to like! I hope to return multiple times.

A great location very close to Old Montreal; high up in the building, so we had an exciting view over the cityscape to the south. A compact living space, but perfectly suitable for a couple. Kitchen and bath were in excellent condition. Attractive modern finishes throughout. Walls are decorated with a mix of pop and modern art and nudes. I hope this spot will be available for our next visit to Montreal!

Frederic’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was steps from the metro, which was extremely convenient. Frederic was also an extremely helpful and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again!
