This is a great house, spacious, large garden, large pool which can be used very nicely (40% for non swimmers) to really swim or to play waterpolo. Boris is a great host, very helpful (tips, takes care, easy to contact, etc.). Triest is a lovely city which we visited for the first time. We have been 7 people on the trip, 2 adults and 5 kids, aged 9-16. Just two maybe helpful remarks: 1. The house is close to the city but uphill. So we usually went by car or cab only for the bread rolls in the morning we walked down and up again. 2. The streets are small, but don’t worry, you can reach the house and actually every place in the city even with a large car (we drove a Volvo XC90). Some parking garages have been a challenge (the one at the station), but at the end manageable. To summarize it: Great week in a stunning house.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties and this was the best ever. The house and grounds are beautiful. There is plenty of room for a large crowd. The pool a grounds are very peaceful with wonderful views of the city of Trieste. Boris is very helpful and called many taxis for us. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful and nicer host.
